MSO TWIN-SHAFT MIXER

SIMEM MSO Twin Shaft Mixers are available in a wide range of models, from 1 to 9 cubic meters compacted output; suitable to mix any type of concrete, to wet to zero slump, with aggregates up to 200 mm in diameter.
Each model is available in a wide range of varieties to suit every customer’s requirement. In addition to the standard HL version, the following versions are also available:
• TWIX: dual discharge gate;
• DAM: version for use with larger aggregate.

With features like central cement and water inlet as well as modular design, the XENTRIX has taken the planetary mixers to a new level making it not only into the natural choice for concrete production, but also extremely suitable for treatment of industrial waste, production of glass, mixing of chemicals, etc.

MDC CONTINUOUS FLOW MIXER

SIMEM MDC Continuous Flow Mixer adopts the twin shaft technology and is especially designed for Zero Slump Concrete and Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC). However, with special versions they have proven very useful for pumpable slurries, mine backfill and in applications for treatment of industrial solid waste. The MDC are offered in two main models, MDC200 and the MDC500. Both models
can be delivered with different options, for instance mining, side overflow discharge, extended tank, tank in stainless steel and special solutions for water and material introduction.

The SIMEM MDC mixing tank is completely protected with special anti-wear liners. The mixing action is performed by cast iron paddles, which are hydro-dynamically designed to reduce wear and provide optimized mixing results.
All paddles are bolted onto the mixing arms, which are in turn bolted onto the mixing shaft for easier service and maintenance.
The special design of the mixing arms allows them to be installed in different configurations to create a flow of materials inside the mixing tank, this ensures an optimal mixing result.

AUTOMATIC GREASING SYSTEM

The Automatic Greasing System is an option for the MDC mixers and includes a grease pump that gives a pressure of up to 200 bar
